Keeping in mind that my active comics knowledge of Diana comes pretty much only from JLA and Rucka's run.
1. Realizing her commitment is to the Truth and that by doubting herself and the lasso she was lying to herself in the Golden Perfect arc of JLA.
2. Stabbing her eyes out in the fight against Medousa in Rucka's run.
3. Her first conversation with Leslie Anderson in Leslie's apartment, to recruit her help to save the Silver Swan, again in Rucka's run. Mostly because of how that simple conversation changed Leslie's opinion of her.
4. Arguing that the League has a mission for peace all around reality and they can't wash their hands of injustice just because it doesn't happen on Earth at the beginning of Rules of Engagement in JLA.
5. Smiling when Bruce and Clark reveal their identities to the other leaguers, after Tower of Babel.
6. Sparring with Dinah in Birds of Prey while offering advice? Sparring with Bruce in JLA? Sparring, really.
And I'm going to stop there and offer you another fill if you'd like, because I really don't knew her or her canon well enough to have many ping-canon for Diana.

Good list considering, I'd say that's where most of the moments I'd use would be from too :) That and JLA League of One (Diana vs Dragon!), and Gail Simone's run.
1. His discussion with Dick about how Batman may have committed murder during BW: Murderer. Specifically, his face when he said so. Older and tired.
2. The coffee-drinking scene with Cass in Blüdhaven after Steph's death. When he says that he can't forgive Bruce for Steph, and that's where he and Cass disagree.
3. "I lie to Batman." I can't actually name the context, much less the writer or the series. (Young Justice? No, this seems more like a Johns' Teen Titans thing, doesn't it?) Just the quote.
4. "Wow - Graysoncam."
5. Alvin Draper showing up at Steph's house to get her to her Lamaze classes.
6. Dangerous Sixteenth Birthday, specifically the way he went at thinking through the issue, the scenarios he built to suspect each of his friends, and his final resignation. Because Tim Drake resigns being Robin, he's not fired.
7. Trying to clone Kon.
8. His reaction to Kon coming back, which I like even better than his reaction to Steph coming back. The fact that he has no words, he's dumbstruck, and all he can do is hug/kiss the other.
9. His cameo/interaction with Stacy in Gotham Central.
10. Mr Sarcastic. Because that one amazes me enough that I find myself going back there mentally again and again. And also because I think it does a better job at showing that Tim can be quite Bruce-like than a lot of other, more heavy-handed stuff.
Ooooh, now I am going to have to hunt around for #3, because that is one of my favorites as well. Teen Titans, I am pretty sure, but I can't recall where.
7 & 8 resonate pretty hard for me as well. I also love the point where he has a chance to take several samples from a Lazarus Pit, and Dick has to be stopped from stopping Tim -- so that Tim has a chance to make the right choice.
