*thinks* Uhh, that's a lovely question. He did go up against Red Hood just before Infinite Crisis with Batman, and he may have had a suspicion or two, but I don't think knew until after.
Once Bruce found out, he probably tell Dick right away. Dick was having his own issues at the time too, and Oracle wasn't helping them out at that point, so the flow of information wasn't really happening...
Then Infinite Crisis coming right on the heels of the Bruce-Jason fight over Joker, there really wasn't time for Dick to find out. Even if he did, it would have been secondary to everything going on and the fact his city blew up.
So yeah, it's most likely he didn't know going into Infinite Crisis, and Bruce probably broke it to him during that trip around the world they took. (But if Dick did know, I'd love to know when DC fit THAT in, with all the shit that was going on at the time.)
Yeah, that's more or less what I was thinking. Batman looks like he had the craziest handful of days. Then again, there are events in Infinite Crisis which blatantly contradict events in Nightwing.
But yeah, I guess that between Bats having to deal with the OMAC and the Crisis, and Nightwing running all over the place (NY -> Bludhaven -> waking up in the Cave -> paying a friendly visit to Deathstroke [-> may or may not go back to Bludhaven to keep on helping, but knowing him, probably did] -> going to meet Barbara when she gets off her plane -> going on to save the universe, and I've probably missed a few steps, Dick had other things to inquire about. Except that at one point the Teen Titans were helping in Bludhaven, and mentioning Jason's intrusion and attack on Tim would make a lot of sense from them.
...Okay, upon re-rereading TT33, Kon tells Nightwing that he's worried about the Luthor thing and how he broke Tim's arm. If Dick had known that the latest attack on Tim had been made by Jason, that would've been a good place to mention it - either in dialogue or in narration.
So until I find contradiction, I'm going to assume that Dick doesn't know until after the crisis that Jason is Red Hood. It still leaves us enough wiggle room to allow for another interpretation, though.
