One True Pairing Ship: Renji/Rukia
Canon Ship: Renji/Rukia, unrequited and all. If that doesn't count as canon, would Hitsugaya/Hinamori-unrequited-and-all count? Hinamori/Aizen mindfuckery. Byakuya/Hisana.
