Um, Naruto people on my flist who're here for the fics/fix/fics. I'm sorry to have disappeared on you. (againlololololIsuck)

I think I've found the root of my oh-god-I-can't-write-oh-god-so-bad-kill-me. I can't write Naruto fic. D: Even writing the DVD thingies made me want to slit my wrists open 'cause I was going HOMGSOBAD so much.

So yeah, Naruto fic is out for the moment being.

It doesn't mean I've lost my interest in the manga, though! Just I'm not very active in the fandom because I'm busy being in love with the canon and forcefully going LALALALACANNOTHEARYOU when people explain the various things they think are wrong with the current arc/last two years/the time-skip.

(The fic I'm apparently able to write is Fire Emblem in nature. And I'm running a drabble challenge comm waitwhatlulzIknow.)

Naruto people on my flist I know aren't just here for the fics 'cause we've talked and laughed and talked but with added crazy:

There is also much sadness because I have always promised myself I would get into Fire Emblem after I finish the roughly 20 gazillon games I still have left and because of that, I can't read of your FE fic (which I'm sure are just as good as your Naruto fics) because I don't want to get spoiled on anything. ;-;

However, there's no point in forcing Naruto fics out if they won't come, so you do what you have to: I have nothing but love for you either way. *hugs* :D

adslkdsjlk do it. Play Fire Emblem! They are great games and do not require any reflexes worth mentioning! That's a great advantage in my book.

I WANT TO, I REALLY DO, but you would not believe the size of the "games I own and have not finished or in some cases even touched" backlog I have. Tales of the Abyss. Tales of Symphonia. Shadow Hearts: Covenant, Final Fantasy 9, 10 & 10-2. Persona 3. Baiten Kaitos. The first Phoenix Wright game. More I know I'm forgetting right now. And, uh...I just kind of went and brought Dragon Quest IV, so....

Plus, I have this disorder where I will immediately restart the game if I get a "Game Over" no matter what, and with the FE perma-death thing...yeah.

Oooooh Tales of Symphonia. Baten Kaitos. *_* You are a lucky, lucky person to have Tales of the Abyss. (There's no PAL version! And I am not dishing out 100+ euros and the risk of damaging the PS2 to play it. But it's so sad I can't. ;_; *is plenty spoiled*)

"Restart the game"? You don't mean start another file, do you? 'Cause no-one I know ever let people stay die in FE. Resetting and restarting a chapter can be bloody annoying, though.

Unfortunately, I stopped playing about halfway through because I found out I'd missed out on a ton of the sidequests (which, from what I've heard, is extremely likely to happen if you're not using a FAQ because a lot of them are random as hell) and I haven't gone back to it since. I liked it a lot too, but just haven't had the time/motivation to restart.

Though, I heard the anime Tales of the Abyss that's running now is following the game almost exactly, so you could at least watch that even though you can't get the game.

Nope, just garden-variety restarting. It's just that it ends up taking up even more time, and when you're pressed for time to begin with, games that kind of require it because of things like perma-death become too much of a hassle for me to want to deal with. :(
Maybe after I've cleared out my backlog some more.
