Meringue try

I've decided to try my hand at making meringues. My tiramisu-making skills are like well-oiled instruments of doom and yumminess, and after several years of honing them, I'm basically an egg-beating goddess.

So I thought, my mom loves meringues, I have no idea what to make for a dessert tonight - I'mma make meringues.*dramatic thunder* (explanation of the drama: my mother is an excellent cook and a solid baker, and meringue is her nemesis.)

The recipe claims to be foolproof; results in 40 minutes. I'll keep you updated, because clearly everyone cares about my adventures in meringue-baking.
