And I'm sorry to hear you're depressed and feeling poorly. The black dog often visits me as well and it's terrible and crippling and just about the worst thing I could imagine experience.
I know it's hard to feel any glimmer of optimism when you're depressed but depression can and inevitably *will* pass. Until then, please take care of yourself. ::hugs::
