In case someone is interested in levels of geekery, it contains about equal amounts of ecah of the Robins. All the old school pictures are of Jason (I also twisted my rules so there are a couple of domino-wearing Jason-as-Red-Hood, because there was no way I was going to not use the 'I just love to watch you work' expression). No Nightwing, Spoiler or helmet-wearing Red Hood were exploited during the realization of this moodtheme.

Now I'm going to work on a Jason moodtheme to celebrate his deathday and to keep on denying Battle for the Cowl.

I'm probably going to do that for the Jason moodtheme. For "accomplished" or for "loved". Here I tried to keep the in-jokes to a minimum.

Oh, oh, and in this one, the "guilty" pic is from the depiction of Jason watching Garzonas fall in Gotham Knights 43, which is one of my favourite two Jason flashbacks ever.

Hahaha, if my motivation doesn't desert me I'll probably end up doing a lot of these things. Batman. *_* (Scary-Bat-God!) Nightwing. *_* (pretty!) Babs. *_* (AWESOME!) Batgirl YO. Robin YO. *_* (artwork so pretty omg) Buuut my motivation would never last this long and Jason's death day is coming up, so I'm going to celebrate this way. :D

GK 43 must be one of my favourite things pretty much ever.
Yes! It's... awesome. Incredibly pretty and full of meta and so, so, so doomed. The characterisation on each of them, Babs and Jason and Bruce, is just perfect. I always have trouble reconciling Babs-as-Batgirl with Babs-as-Oracle, and I think this arc makes a great argument on how she changed while staying the same person. And it's so interesting to see Bruce - knowing all we do now - pre-Jason's death and pre-the Killing Joke. Why, he was downright optimistic. And that optimism indirectly got Jason killed and Babs shot. It ties in so well with what we know of him.

Jason's line "anyone who cuts us gets cut in return" = '...how come there's no mood for FUCKING SCARY?' That's what Jason is. FUCKING SCARY. And around it he's the kid flirting with Babs, but both times there's a reference to fire and fire is dangerous. I love how GK 43 makes a point of the fact that during practically all Jason's time as Robin, it was just Batman and Robin, just Bruce and Jason - and how much of a point it makes that Bruce = gone on Jason. And how well Jason knows him. BOYS. OTP of trainwecky doomed together-they-fight-crime.

And again, the artwork is incredible, which certainly doesn't hurt. *gushes*

I have such a Robin addiction ;.;

I think that's pretty much one of the best Jason characterisations I've seen. I also love Babs in it. It has a lot of great art work and it helps makes sense of a lot of things. I love that Jay can make pixie boots and shortpants scary. I even love Bruce, because it's lovely to see him playing off people.
