This is a longer list than the SasuHina, because like I said, NejiHina = OTP, so I spend much longer reading/looking for good fics with them. Many among these recs are implied/subtextual, first because I love that genre, second because this is Neji and Hinata we are speaking about, neither of which is the most emotionally assertive person in Konoha.
