I'd like it if as a fandom we could acknowledge that the poor people Batman beats up tend to prey upon other poor people. (and same goes for "ill people".)

Or, you know, try and cut Batman at least some of the slack we cut Jason.

But I'm totally not up to dealing with starting a polemic on tumblr (having a happy fun time trying to convince brain+body not to fuck me up, thx) I guess I'll just post it here.
