LOL, your description of SasuHina fics is awesome :P
The angst potential is definitely there with NaruNeji, but really I guess I'm not all that enthralled by Neji as a character, and if I'm going to read angsty fic, I'd rather it be with a character I love, like NaruSasu or GaaNaru. Unless it's an angsty side-pairing. Neji is much hotter in Shippuuden though, he looks good in the white.
